While this certainly isn't a new concept, the specific companies that are going through these changes make it an interesting trend to dig into. Emma and I are huge fans of Glossier and Peloton so we were intrigued to hear of these recent changes. We dug into the press around both companies and compiled a few themes or learnings surfaced in both scenarios.
