75: Awareness Is Not Immunity: 5 Ways To Protect Your Energy
Description
We are one year into living within this health pandemic and many of us still are navigating a lot of unknowns and uncertainty. Many of us have a lot of responsibilities that require our energy and our time. The mental health of all women, especially women with intersectional identities-our mental health and wellness must be a priority.
On today's episode I'm talking about how important it is for us to protect our time and our energy.
I'm going to share a little bit of what's been going on behind the scenes with me when it comes to how I'm managing my time and energy. And I will take the various threads and weave it together into something that I'm hopeful will be useful to you.
The thing is this- many of us are aware of various tools and techniques to guard ourselves from people and situations that can act as an energy drain. So I want to share some reminders on how we can ensure we are not depleting our energy but instead generating and protecting our energy.
Because we are fully resourced is when we are best positioned to amplify our power.
This is what we are talking about on today's episode. Tune in.
Naomi
