Description

We may think you have to be a politician, or an activist, or a lawyer or judge or have some big professional job title in order to make an impact. But that's simply not true.

Anybody can do the work of breaking down practices, policies, behaviors, and norms which serve to keep another person or group controlled, marginalized, harmed, and de-humanized.

On today's podcast, I'm going to talk about what the f*ck does it really meant to "dismantle systems of oppression" because sometimes it may sound more complex than it really is.

Anybody can dismantle systems of oppression- especially the one that show up in our day to day lives.

Listen to today's episode to get insights on the following:
Why it's important to trust your instincts when identifying oppressive systems in your life
How to anticipate tactics that may be used against you by those benefiting from oppression
