In this episode Julia guides me through a past life regression session, where she taps into the wisdom of the Akashic records, to help me heal and overcome a core wound around the fear of rejection.

I love exploring different healing modalities, and I feel a big part of my life mission is to share my experiences with you, in the hope to guide you to the right people, practices that support you on your dharma journey.

This was the first time during a healing session I felt totally safe to fully surrender to the experience, without needing to control, question, or understand what is happening.
