'Tis the season..for breakups in some cases.

The holidays can be stressful for many people and for many different reasons. Breaking up with all the holiday acitvities around us, is particularly merciless. Strangely, this is a time when a lot of couples realize they just don't want to do this anymore, and so, they break up.

Today we're going to talk about what to do when a breakup is happening but the relatives are practically waiting outside the house with the homemade pumpkin pie in hand. Or, maybe worse, nobody's waiting outside with or without pie and you're looking at spending the holidays alone. I've done both and in this episode I share what I learned. Hope it helps in the tiniest of ways.
