Through various tools, classes and mentors, she now practices and teaches about Mental Wellness in the Workplace. Alina has a simple and fun approach to teaching and practicing better self-care, self-compassion, mindfulness and overall mental wellness at work. She is the Author of a book of reflections on Mother Nature, titled "I AM..." which was written for those in need of healing and those that work in the helping profession.
