We had an awesome conversation with Chelsea about...
- what PCOS is and who can get it
- the relationship between PCOS and body weight, and why you can't cure PCOS with a diet
- why restrictive diets can actually make PCOS symptoms worse
- how we can manage PCOS without focusing on weight (including some surprising things that can impact blood sugar!)
- why it's important to destigmatize the use of medications to manage symptoms
- and so much more!
