Brittany Brown is the Founder of Beating Binge Eating, a safe haven where thousands of women have transformed their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and food. After turning her own struggles with weight and binge and emotional eating around, Brittany set out on a mission to create a world where women own their worth, have it easy with food, and walk through the world fueled up by freedom, bliss, and joy in a body they feel confident in. She believes that when women feel at peace with themselves and at home in their body, anything is possible and the ripple effect is unstoppable. With her passion and 12+ years of training, schooling, and experience, Brittany now has the honor of leading over 100,000 Food Freedom Fighters internationally to live a life they love instead of living as a slave to diets, weight, and food struggles as a Speaker, Influencer, and Master Coach.Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/iambrittanybrownFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/brittanyb.tvYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/brittanybrowntvTwitter: https://twitter.com/brittanybtvwww.instagram.comBrittany's Notes from the Sidesline:
- Binge eating does not mean fat, lazy, and lacking control. Binge eaters are often people who struggle with perfectionism, control, and body image.
- Restrictive, conventional dieting can be the gateway to bigger problems of on-track-off-track mentality and guilt and shame.
- Everything we're worried about in life registers to our nervous system as life or death. We need to create safety and peace within.
- To deal with stress, Brittany recommends: nourishment, movement, vibration plate, legs up the wall, breathing
- Even if you're in a meeting, you can do things to regulate your nervous system: deep breaths, 4-7-8 breathing, environmental spot check
- If there's something you're passionate about, you have to pour into it
- There's no accomplishment that feels good when you're health is suffering.
- You never know what's coming... our struggles lead to beautiful growth and opportunity.
