It's rare that I record unscripted and unplanned but when a conversation compels you, you create. And so inspired by an Instagram post from Bumblebizz which I recently shared on my Instagram stories instagram.com/p/Bss_9bclqvD/ - here are my thoughts on finding fulfilment in a career.
Can a job really bring fulfilment to all areas of life? What happens when our job is our passion, or purpose? What does fulfilment look like for me? For you? In this think-piece episode, I hope to inspire an open discussion and also deep introspective thought, so that when it comes to careers, we can uncover and better define what truly matters to us. Because when we get clear on that, the pursuit of fulfilment becomes easier.
