For the 4th week in a row, the youth movement continues on as 2022 UMSS Wing Sprint Car Rookie of the Year and driver of the 74N, Luke Nellis stops by the studio to chat with Mike and Marc. As the high school senior prepares to graduate in just a few short weeks he also prepares to hit the gas pedal on his biggest season yet. Coming off back to back Rookie of the Year honors with 2021 being in the Traditional class, Luke took the leap, formed Nellis Racing and went wing racing. We take a look back at the progression of Luke's career through out his years in karts, to micros and a year off from racing to crew for another team and being behind the scenes and learning the ropes.
