In week one, we are focusing on how to keep orders coming in to keep the customers happy and get inside the business sellers' heads to fully understand the business more. I'm also thinking of the next tasks, which are to understand the employees' tasks from a high level and dig into what processes and systems we can implement to alleviate any inefficiencies we find.
