Description

In today's episode, I share multiple reasons why you need automation in your business. Automation is a tool that completes tasks without you needing to be physically present. These tools take the manual work off your plate and give you your time back. I recently watched a man sharing information about his business, which often brings in 800k a month, and he said automation is one of the biggest reasons for his success. In this episode, I want to encourage you to take inventory of your business and determine what efficiencies you might be missing out on.

The biggest statistic that impacted me was hearing that when businesses lack automation, they lose 20% to 30% in revenue. Spending the time and money upfront to implement different automation tools is worth gaining that revenue in the long run. Putting automated processes in place saves time and money, reduces human errors, increases efficiency, reduces costs, speeds up deliverables, helps your employees, and ultimately increases revenue.

A few of the tools I mentioned: Dubsado, Asana, HoneyBook, and videos from Codie Sanchez
