CASE STUDY: Just after completing the podcast "What are Pathogens and Enzymes in our food supply?" I got food poisoning or the stomach flu. Either require 1-3 days of processing but mine was almost instantaneous. So I am now my own case study for how a body operates when a foreign body enters, exits and recovers. This is how the body operates to protect itself.
