Feedback loops are necessary in Quality Management Systems (QMS) that billion-dollar firms use and make their suppliers certify using as well. They are embedded processes that tell an organization how to operate in a way the produces quality products and services. But they are also a way to re-frame critiques that you may get that you feel are hurtful or offending.
