What are Pathogens and Enzymes in our food supply?
There are pathogens that enter our food supply from a variety of ways that we will discuss showing that the food becomes tainted in very specific ways but may not be grown or raised tainted. It is our processing and food handling process. There are others that we will discuss later but for this podcast, we are discussing the different types of pathogens and their symptoms. Then we will discuss what are enzymes that help us process food through a chemical reactions.
