Chef Rad is a native to Jamaica and raised in the Bronx, NY. His culinary skills was honed after many years of working in the restaurant industry and that is where the "Carribean Fusion" was created. Chef Rad and Tasha talk about how they began their business, some of the struggles and how they work together to manifest their dream.
