We're trying something new today, a quick Lexi-led meditation.
I just got home from a yoga retreat and I feel so grounded right now that I need to share. Take some time and join me in letting go, and breathing in, loving affirmations while we relax and replenish our bodies and mind. I think we could all use it :)
