A very uncomfortable subject is abuse...and the different types of it. Physical and Psychological have serious effects on ones well being #GasLighting #Projecting #SilentTreatment #Intimidation are all forms of abuse- tools used to control and manipulate ALL AGES. It is said emotional abuse can be the most damaging as it doesnt leave physical proof of pain and is harder to prove.
