Do you find that you hate cleaning, and it overwhelms you?
When you do it one day a week
Start doing a little bit each day.
Break the cleaning jobs down into small chunks, like wipe the countertops and then take a break and reward yourself with a coffee.
Then move on to another task on your list, not cleaning-related.
Breaking the tedious task like cleaning down into manageable chunks helps stop them from overwhelming you.
