Following on the heels of the Primary Relationship episode Deborah connects the dots between how influenced we all are by that Primary Relationship as it relates to the all too common reality of struggle in our lives. If your parents or guardians struggled in their lives odds are the struggle is an ingredient you believe in whether you realize it or not.
Patterns and habits that have integrated into your subconscious play out continually, as is their job, and without "tuning" into them, you will always be subject to their limitations. This may be perfect if they are actually serving you, however a belief that plays out and takes away from what you really want is a belief you will want to recognize and do something about.
