The Association of Public and Land-grant Universities has recognized the U for its innovation, entrepreneurism and economic impact in Utah. Keith Marmer, the U’s chief innovation and economic engagement officer, explains this prestigious designation and the broadened role of our technology transfer operation, newly renamed the PIVOT Center.
