This episode is about the self-doubt and feeling of not being good enough when perfectionism and overwhelm takes over the steering wheel.
I get into how I’m actively working to rewire this pattern (at least as much as I can), and something I’ve specifically worked on the last weeks: healing my inner child and reparenting myself.
