First things first: I’m so grateful that you’re here! This almost feels unbelievable. So, thank you! You have no idea what it means to me.
In this episode I’m getting into some of the tools I use when I need to shift my perspective and work my way out of negative thinking and spiralling, back into the moment and to myself. I also touch onto more philosophical ground – for me at least, and I kept a little blooper in my recording. Usually, I go straight to my first language when f*cking up, but this time I actually continued in English.
