Lets start off by talking about vibration and how it is a very quick way to change your state.
Things happen to us all the time and we can feel really down and depressed in a short space of time. The solution is to change our state which involves raising our vibration.
Here is a short exercise to raise your vibration.
Sit still and comfortable. Close your eyes if you can and its safe to do so. Put your hand on the top of your chest where your heart is. Breathe deeply into your hand. Expanding your chest.
Slowly in, nice and deep, hold for a second and then let it go. Do this a few times. Really push your shoulders back, push your chest out.
Imagine yourself floating, imagine you feel yourself expanded, lighter. Imagine you step out of a cocoon and leave all your problems and challenges behind you. Like a butterfly emerging.
Now, you’re standing on top of a tall building looking down on all the hustle and bustle of the world. All the noise and drama but none of it affects you because you are way above it.
You feel at peace and calm. Everything is ok. Everything in your life is happening as it is meant to. Everything is perfect.
Now, in this state, we can handle anything that is thrown our way because we know it is all for our greater good. We do not seek distractions.
We are aware of when we are choosing to suffer and torment our own mind with thoughts and feelings that don’t serve us.
In this state, we choose to let all of this go. Any negativity that doesn’t serve us. Any darkness from ourselves or from others, we let go. We imagine we are filled with bright sunlight. Every cell in our body is filled with light.
We imagine our heart is three times bigger than normal. We radiate love to everyone around us, especially those that are our perceived enemies.
For this is how we fight our battles now, though sending love and letting go.
Setting your intention.
Set your intention for the kind of week you want to have. Set your intention every morning for the kind of day you want to have.
Set your intention for your drive to work You have to be able to envision the kind of life you would love to have if you want to create it.
When we take responsibility for what we have created so far, we understand the immense power we hold within us. And with this power and intention and vision, we are able to create a life we love.
The job we love, the perfect partner, the perfect place to live. The kind of things that you would love to do during the day or month or year.
Maybe it is travelling more or going on some other kind of adventure. Having more fun and joy and laughter in your life. This is all available to us but we have to focus on it.
Our focus creates our reality.
When we can focus on outcomes that we want out of certain situations, then we are more likely to achieve them than when we focus on the negative. Focus on what you do want, not on what you don’t want.
Remember that negative self-talk is very self-destructive. You are thinking about all the bad things about yourself. You are creating more bad things.
When you raise your vibration, you step out of this mindset. You stop feeding these negative thoughts energy. For without energy, they cannot live in your head. They simply dissolve.
Many things that have happened to you in your life are simply lessons. Your job is to learn the lesson and not make the same mistake again.
Beating yourself up is pointless. It doesn’t achieve anything positive. Remember to smile, remember to laugh out loud.
This simple acts raise your vibration and make you feel more positive in an instant. Feed your mind with fun, positivity and excitement.
Be aware of what you are watching on TV or listening to and how it is effecting you. If it is having a negative effect then stop it. Change the channel. Protect your energy.
It feeds your whole body. It physically affects how you feel. When you have negative interactions with people, send them love and maintain your high vibration.
Don’t let them pull you down. Imagine you’re floating above all the drama and chaos in the world. This way, it doesn’t affect your or your energy. This is perfect.
Gratitude mini exercise.
Stand outside your front door and look around you. Be grateful for as many things as you can. Where you live, the sky, the trees, the roof over your head, your loved ones, your friends. How many things can you be truly grateful for in that moment. Do this every morning for only a minute or two, for it will set you up for the day. You will get more of what you are grateful for in your life.
