Below is a link to the Clark County meeting agenda where you can find the meeting information. The agenda item is 4.2 Comprehensive Plan Update under Old Business. If you can't make it in person or online, you could at least write Councilor Yung and/or Little urging them to ensure the Clark County Comprehensive Plan Update passes on time. However, I seriously question whether they adequately read public comment and their behavior thus far as been so shameful that I think the pressure of a full room and lots of testimony is the only thing that could move them. Yung is the weakest link for turning in our favor IMO.
