Afua Asantewaa Owusu Aduonum, the Ghanaian lady who concluded her captivating Guinness World Record attempt for the singing marathon after an impressive 126 hours and 52 minutes, has visited Mrs Failatu Abdul-Razak at the Cook-A-Thon event in Tamale.
Her visit on Thursday, January 4, was to give her full support, pulling out a massive crowd to the event to get a glimpse of her.
Cook-A-Thon attendees hailed praise on her for her impressive performance at the just-ended Sing-A-Thon held in Accra.
They also praised her for coming to Tamale to support her fellow woman.

</figure>While awaiting verification from Guinness World Record judges, Asantewaa’s effort is believed to have significantly exceeded the existing record set by India’s Sunil Waghmare in 2012.
