Barbara Bray has 20 years’ experience working in the nutrition and agri-food sectors in the UK and Europe, Middle East and African countries. Her work has inspired her to create solutions to encourage different parts of the food chain to collaborate and communicate more effectively with each other. A lot is covered in this episode - from nutrition smart agriculture, nutritional needs for those in their 40-50s, the role of social science in health and wellness and that trip to Buckingham Palace!
