Spark (SPK) starts a process that may lead to selling off part of its cell tower network. Amazon (AMZN) argues the election that created the first union of its workers was “tainted”. BlueScope (bsl) is to buy Cornerstone Building Brands (CNR) owned Coil Coatings for $500 million USD expanding its US holdings greatly.
