Netflix (NFLX) share price drops 25 percent. Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) beats Q1 estimates, but reports weak demand for its Covid-19 vaccine. Ramsay Health Care (RHC) says it's received a takeover bid from a consortium led by KKR & Co (KKR), if it goes through it could be the biggest overseas private equity purchase in Australian history.
