We serve an awesome sea parting, storm calming, lake walking, mountain moving God. God’s miraculous movements encourage us during hard times. They fire our imaginations and strengthen our hopes. But, God can answer our questions or solve our problems without thunder and lightning. Are we ready when God moves quietly? Many folks say that they struggle to hear or see God. Today, our sermon series Becoming the People of God challenges us to be ready to experience God’s movement in the ordinary things of life as a way of reminding us of God’s loving presence and limitless power.
