Ben Beadle is the Director of Customer Relations at TDS. I had interviewed him a couple of years ago where we had technical problems so I was very glad when this interview went through without a hitch!

I talk to Ben about his background in property and his work at TDS and we also talk about the services offered by TDS. However, we spent a considerable amount of time answering questions.

In fact, we were not able to answer them all, which has prompted us to set up a ‘surgery’ webinar in November specifically to answer people’s questions. If it proves popular we may make it a regular event.
