Chelsea Stillman-Coyne is an accomplished behavioral scientist whose diverse experience showcases her ability to build connections between academic research and the wild-west of applied BeSci in tech and healthcare delivery. As a former collegiate distance swimmer, she believes in effective team leadership, adaptive goal setting, and having the endurance to see complex projects from start to completion. She is currently a Senior Behavioral Economist for Humana.  In her current role, she serves as an internal consultant and subject matter expert, helping teams use behavioral science to improve customer engagement and designing and testing innovative solutions to long-standing business problems. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she takes pride in being a wife and mother to two young kids and an old fur baby.
