We are happy to present to you a series of guided meditations led by visiting teacher Venerable Yönten at Lama Yeshe Ling. The first session is a guided analytical meditation on Laws of Karma.

Venerable Yönten is an American-born Buddhist nun in the Gelug Tibetan tradition who was ordained in 2003, and who is now a fully ordained Bhikshuni/Gelongma in the Dharmaguptaka tradition.
