"I believe humans kind of have a contract or a general thing that they've come here to experience. And I think a lot of the animals have the same thing.

I connected with a dog who was super, super connected to a past life where she was wild - like she was a feral dog in the desert with her pack. And so she ate meat. They killed and ate flesh.

She was super anxious. I find a lot of anxious dogs, if they had a species appropriate diet, it would totally help with a lot of their anxiety because the meat is a very grounding thing for them to consume, and it's what they're built to have.

So she kept showing me this past life of eating whatever they were catching that day, and I talked with her human about it. "What is she eating?" And the dog really, really wanted to start with a raw bone, where she can just chew the marrow out of the bone. And her owner was like, "Oh my god, she just passed out afterwards. She was like in ecstasy and for like 24 hours, she was just a calm, happy dog."
