Are the Cleveland Cavaliers the Kings of the NBA Eastern Conference?

And by that I mean…. The Sacramento Kings

Remember 2 years ago when the Kings went 48-34, lighting the beam to the 3rd seed in the Western Conference Playoffs?

Then they spent their offseason investing in their core, came back the next season to essentially the same results and yet the conference passed them by?

Sounds strangely familiar to the Cavs this past year and offseason doesn’t it???

Are we about to see the Cavaliers experience a similar reality in an East that has seen almost every other team aggressively try to improve their roster this offseason?

Or will continuity, a new coaching staff and internal growth be enough?
