Ranking NBA Starting Small Forwards 1-30!

Description
Most NBA teams have embraced position-less basketball or at the very least positional versatility.
But that hasn’t stopped me from enjoying ranking each position anyways!!

The idea here is to predict who each team’s starting Small Forward will be and rank them 1-30 based on a combination of talent, performance, and how good (I believe) their team feels about it going into next year.
