Paul Buchanan's Attorney, Hugh Wildman has defended his client's decision to seek to have the September 3 election results for West Central St. Andrew voided, noting that it is not a waste of time.
Yesterday, the Supreme Court refused Mr. Buchanan's application for a judicial review of the Constituted Authority’s decision in relation to the result.
