In this episode, I have a conversation with local Chattanooga business owner, esthetician, and all-around inspiration Michelle Nicole Gignilliat! The twist is that we recorded this episode while Michelle was giving me a facial haha. Every time I leave her studio I feel motivated, lighter, and inspired to pursue my goals! It's been a while since I edited this one but I remember discussing balance, knowing how to put yourself first, being happy along the journey, and not falling into the "I'll be happy when" trap. This was a really fun episode to record and there will definitely be more in the future!
