But as I share from my own experience, it’s a process. Self-love isn’t instant, and we need to practice forgiveness, patience, and kindness toward ourselves as we navigate this new chapter.

I also explore the importance of surrounding yourself with people who celebrate your authentic self. The ones who truly lift you up? They belong in your circle. The rest? Well, they don’t. Setting boundaries and curating the energy you allow in your life is one of the ultimate acts of self-care.
