* In one of the Daily Deal Podcasts, Ryan offered to send a contract electronically. I am wondering what service you are using? Did you find a semi-automatic way of setting it up for each seller? I set my contract up in DocuSign and it took me hours. I assume the same document can be resent over and over if it's set up right. Please share any tips you have.
* I got a deal from a wholesaler, as is value was $145K, his price was $95K (more than 70% off of "as is" value.) How are we supposed to use our contract, specifically the part where we can list the property immediately?
* What analysis is being done between the Alex & Ryan Calls and who does it?
* What do you think of investors wrapping their vehicle with their logo and I Buy Houses info? Do you know how successful something like that is/would be?
* I remember you mentioning that you used to have a cold calling operation, what made you change to a direct mail model as opposed to cold calling?
