As teenagers, we are influenced daily by social media and trends but what we can sometimes fail to realize is the mental toll it takes on our bodies and the way we view ourselves. In this episode, we talk about experiences of body dysmorphia, how social media has changed our society's beauty standards, and how social media can impact things such as eating disorders. We also talk about mechanisms we have used to shift our mindset of how we view ourselves and our bodies.
