Description

Beliefs aren't facts. I know it might sting, but I'm saying that with the most love. How often do we question our beliefs, if ever?

In this raw and eye-opening episode, I’m diving deep into the world of beliefs, especially the ones you’ve been carrying about yourself but you weren't aware of it. The ones that sound like facts but are really just practiced thoughts, passed-down stories, or old protective patterns.

I’m sharing real-life examples (including my own “I just have road rage” story 😅), breaking down where our beliefs actually come from (hellooo, social + cultural conditioning), and exposing the common misconceptions that keep people stuck in loops they never chose.

Oh, and we’re not just talking about it. I’m leaving you with a reflection exercise that can help you spot and shift those sneaky self-beliefs that have been running the show for way too long.

It’s bold. It’s honest. It’s probably what you didn’t know you needed to hear.
