In this episode the wildrunners are joined by our fellow Spartan Race uk age group racer Jay as we chat about the news that Spartan will no longer make competitors do 30 burpees for a failed obstacle and now replace that with penalty loops instead, we also chat about 2023 season, new obstacles and more.
