In this episode the wildrunners are joined by Griff and Tres who are the owners of The Obstacle Gym which is a top OCR training facilility in Tamworth. Listen in as they chat about their training facility, their journey to getting to where they are now which started from supporting local charity Simons Heroes, the services they offer and you can tell by this podcast they have a massive passion for ocr especially bringing through the next generation of young athletes. This is a training facility Wildrunners podcast host Colin and his son use and Dan will be joining them very soon for some training ahead of the upcomming spartan season.
