(BWSI), grew until he had a staff developing products and providing services to a base of loyal customers around the country.
Over his 40 years of ownership and management, Bill DeBarba’s unique approach to customer relations has been a key factor in his success. Notably, he has never had a customer resort to legal action to resolve issues.
