Welcome back friends to The Pain Cave Chronicles podcast. Here we (Kyle, Cody, and Sean) chat through our marathon training builds.

On this episode we catch everyone up on where we have been the last week. Sean has been recovering from an illness but is surprised with a fantastic birthday gift. Cody tells the Nimbus 26’s that, “it’s me, not you.” And Kyle got a full week of training in, including an icy 800m repeats workout (youtube video to that linked below). We also do our best to go over our different training plans as we build towards Buffalo 2024.
