Welcome back friends to The Pain Cave Chronicles podcast. Here we (Kyle, Cody, and Sean) chat through our marathon training builds towards Buffalo 2024.
This week on the pod we go over a week of intentional rest and recovery mid-training block (except for a rogue 10k PB - Kyle just couldn’t resist). We talk through some keys to getting the most out of a recovery week along with changes to make training not awful - but even fun.
We also take a moment towards the beginning to acknowledge the incredibly sad news of the passing of Kelvin Kiptum, the fastest man to every run 26.2 miles.
