Tiffany Wright is the founder of BOBC and Beyond Measure, a non profit for adults with learning difficulties. She is a New Jersey native who moved to the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia in 2020. Currently located in Hagerstown, MD she is boots on the ground in the origin area of black excellence and booming businesses post JIm Crow.
