Abby took the leap to ask for help by writing a letter to her mother and placing it under her mother's pillow. Abby had a caring mother, and she helped to find Abby help.
Abby's nutritionist and, as she shares, also like a therapist, inspired Abby to move forward and become someone who helps people who struggle with eating disorders once they have transitioned and are making steps towards recovery.
