Description

In this episode, we interview Aaronde Creighton who is an executive coach and leadership consultant and a trained Brene Brown's Dare to Lead facilitator. He shares with us his thoughts on vulnerability, and why it's necessary to have hard conversations.

We talk about diversity, inclusion, and belonging and how we need to go deep within ourselves do the work that's needed in the world. Showing up bravely as leaders will be what it takes to make an impact.

All about Aaronde:

My goal in life is to live seamlessly without compartmentalization. What the heck does that mean? I bring my whole self to work each and every day…husband, father, mentor, trafficking abolitionist and practical joker. This approach allows me to give all of who I am to my clients and community, which brings great results to clients and is fulfilling for me personally.

I love working with great people, clients, and teams who are committed to common goals, not individual achievements and accolades.
